Finagle’s Law of Information

Finagles Law of Information states that

“the information we have is not what we want,
the information we want is not what we need,
and the information we need is not available”

And if your client/customer is in this state of mind, how will you handle this? Any informed guesses? :)

  1. I like that law. Very much. Coz its so true. I always thought around the early years of the internet that information was knowledge. Information was power. But after all these years…i gotta agree with that law. Might use that in my next speech. Thanks muthu! ANd if i can client who feels that way….then my suggestion would be “U WANT SOME COFFEE??”

In my view if the client and customer were to be in quest of information then there would be an ever ending array of possibilities, and an ever changing change.
    Pls. comment….
