Customer Service gettin betta in Bangalore!?!

Recently, a friend of mine gifted me a cool Table-Lamp. While assembling it, i noticed that the lamp-holder wasn’t intact and needed repair. So i drove down to “Lifestyle” ( from where it was purchased) and explained the issue to the Customer-Care folks, in order get it fixed. What really surprised me was that, within 5 minutes i was politely given a free replacement!. No one make a fuss. No one asked me to produce original bills. It was a plain, simple and smooth experience.

Similarly, i picked up an antique wooden pillar from an exhibition held at Kanteerava Stadium. Couple of weeks later, i noticed some defects on the pillar. When i took the pillar back to the Sellers (Nosttaalgia), they replaced it with absolutely no fuss at all. They didn’t really want me to come back after 3 days to pick up the repaired one.

For a change, I didn’t havta fight to get things fixed replaced for Free!
